In 1998 a group of freelance consultants who had all worked for IT support companies got together and decide to create Northern Star as they thought and have since realised they could bring a totally professional anmd much needed service to a market that is so often poorly served, since then we have grown rapidly into an IT support company based in Richmond that is thoroughly respected and well established two years after our inauguration we became a public limited company. We have twelve members of staff working in the consultancy and support department here in Richmond, most of the support staff have professional IT qualification including the microsoft certified systems engineer accreditation.
Although with only twelve staff this may be seen that we are a small company, but this gives us a more personal service and can provide a totally dedicated quality service to help our clients plan and implment a network system for their business and then from our Richmond location we can offer desktop and telephone IT support for your company.
Our support department offers a wide range of services that you may not expect from such a small company.
