At Northern Star we specialise in small business IT support, we are based in Richmond and offer our services in the London area currently but this will expand to nationwide if we can continue to grow.

If you have a small business with anything up to fifty people on your company network then we can give you the IT support that you need to ensure you have an efficient system running that allows your productivity to be maximised.

Nothern Star itself is a small business and has been offering IT support for the past eight years to other small businesses who need help with issues which can often be confusing but not for our microsoft certified systems engineers who are fully accredited and offer support on five different levels. Level one is a non contract service where we charge by an hourly rate but this means that you are not a priority, we give the priority to our contract clients, details of the different levels of contracts follows.

The second level contract is designed for clients who would like an ad hoc support service which gives you reduced costs compared to level 1, you purchase our services in incriments of time with five hours being the minimum.

the third level support contract is perfect for a small business it support contract, for this we will give you a minimum of two hours of support every month for a year. This is a service level agreement and when you have this contract in place and are in need of on site support such as upgrades then we will be there with the problem fixed within eight to twenty four hours. If the support is not used in the month then fifty percent of this can be carried over to the next month.

Level four is again a service level agreement but is a higher level this contract covers you for hardware replacement. You receive four hours a month and two of these hours can be transferred to the next month if they are not used.

The highest level offers rapid response to all of your information technology needs we will be onsite within four hours of your initial phonecall, your computer parts are covered in this contract as well and you receive more hours than the previous contracts.
