Avaya VOIP System Nov 2007
Northern Star has launched a new business service for its customers based on VOIP technology and Avaya. The service which has been tested at Northern Star's head office for the last 6 months uses a broadband connection to make and receive phone calls therefore reducing call costs. Justin Webster Northern Star's Technical Director said "the system has been very relaible and proven to save money on line rental and call charges". Justin also commented that he is proposing to test the system over several remote sites in the new year.
